While watching, tap the screen, then tap Moments.
Tap Save.
Tap the Share icon to send to family and friends, or rewatch saved moments anytime in My Netflix.

Access Netflix on a VPN
Netflix maintains a massive denylist of IP addresses known to belong to VPN servers.
Whenever you connect to Netflix, your IP address is compared against this denylist.
If it's a match, it can directly flag it as a VPN request. They also keep on improving this denylist:
Netflix also looks at cookies. It sometimes causes contagious denials.
In this case, clearing cookies is effective.
How to clear cookies in Firefox
[Right Click] -> [Inspect]
Select [Storage] Tab
